1. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we are willing to provide samples for your testing and check quality firstly. 

2. Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?

A: Low MOQ, 1 set for sample checking is available. Trail order is workable for us even it's from low quantity.

3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Normally it will be sea shipping. The arrive time will based on the destination which will takes 20-50 days to arrive. Airline and train also optional.

4. How to place an order ?

A: We need to know your requirements firstly.

Secondly we will provide the quotation according to your requirements or our suggestions and the PI will be given.     

Thirdly customer sign back the PI and we will start to prepare the samples and ask for deposit for formal order.

In the last we arrange the production once received the deposit and ready to send out the goods.
